Itineraries may vary and attractions may be substituted for any reason, including seasonal conditions, weather extremes, national park requirements, pandemic lockdowns, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.

Accommodation at each overnight stop in allocated twin-shared rooms. Accommodation is not included on the final travel day.

Double rooms can be requested upon booking to accommodate up to 2 people. The double room may have a New Zealand queen or king-sized bed. Double rooms have limited availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed.*

Activities as stipulated in the itinerary. At each destination, a selection of extra optional paid activities will be made available on a pay-as-you-go basis to provide passengers with more choices based on their personal interests. Passengers can also choose to pre-book activities with our customer service team to ensure a place during peak season.

Optional activities cannot be cancelled once booked. Stray will charge 100% of the activity fee in the event of a cancellation. Please think carefully before booking activities via the Stray drivers or Stray customer service team.

Meals are only included if stipulated in your itinerary: (B) = Breakfast, (L) = Lunch, (D) = Dinner.

TRAVEL INSURANCE 旅游保险
Travel insurance is not included with our tours. We strongly recommend that passengers obtain their own insurance to cover against illness, injury, loss, damage to personal belongings, and inability to travel on the confirmed departure date.
Stray所有行程产品都不包含商业旅游保险。我们强烈建议所有乘客出发前购买好旅游意外保险，以防止由于疾病、受伤、财产损失，或者突发无法按照预定日期出发所造成的各类损失。
CHILDREN 儿童
Stray’s New Zealand travel products are not suitable for children under 7 years of age. Those aged 7-17 years at the time of travel are considered minors and are permitted to travel if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children aged 7-12 years are entitled to a 15% discount off the full retail price of Stray Mandarin Tours, but this discount cannot be combined with other Mandarin tour deals.
Stray旅游新西兰中文游行程不适合未满7周岁的儿童。7到17周岁未成年人必须在法定监护人或者监护人委托的其他成年乘客陪同下旅行；7到12周岁旅客可享受15%的幼年未成年人预定优惠，但该折扣不能与其他中文游福利同时享受。
LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS 行李和随身物品
Our vehicles have limited space, so please limit luggage to one suitcase or bag per person with a maximum weight of 20kg. In addition, we suggest a day pack for cameras, valuables, raincoats, and items you will need throughout the day. Stray cannot under any circumstances take any responsibility for personal effects.
由于车辆空间有限，请游客携带一个最多不超过20公斤的背包或者行李箱。与此之外，我们建议游客携带一个随身包，可存放贵重物品、相机、雨衣等随时可以用到的东西。Stray无论在任何情况下，都不承担行李丢失责任。
LIABILITY 责任
Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or sickness to any customer, or damage or loss of property while they are utilising Stray’s services. We also take no responsibility for any act of neglect by any third-party operator or company whose services are used as part of your trip, including but not limited to activity and accommodation providers.
Stray会始终把每一个乘客的安全视为工作第一要务，但是我们对游客伤病或者行李损坏/遗失不承担任何责任。同时，行程中乘客因第三方运营者或公司（包含但不限于活动项目或者住宿运营商）造成的各类伤害或损失，Stray也不承担任何责任。
CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL 旅游条款
Stray reserves the right to alter the route or itinerary of its tours and arrange alternative carriers to those advertised if necessary.
Stray保留改变即有行程或者线路，并且提供广告宣传外的其他行程的权力。
No refunds will be provided in these circumstances or in the event of any delay, curtailment, or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. Stray cannot guarantee pick-up or drop-off times and is not liable for a passenger’s failure to connect with other services or any costs associated with such delays. Components of our trip are weather dependent, and Stray cannot be held liable if certain activities are not available on the day of travel.
由于天气、机械故障等不可控因素造成的行程变更、延迟，Stray不提供任何退款。Stray不能保证行程结束时间，对因此可能出现的结束时间延迟而造成的乘客未来交通安排损失，Stray不承担任何责任。由于新西兰很多游览行程的顺利进展，很大程度上会依赖当时天气情况，因天气原因而造成的活动取消或变更，Stray不承担任何责任。
ACCOMMODATIONS 住宿
Accommodation for the standard tour is twin-shared. Solo traveller requires to book single room upgrade with a supplementary fee.
Stray中文半自助游默认为双人间住宿，单独出行旅客需支付相应单人间差价升级预订单人间。
ITINERARY DISCLAIMER 行程单免责声明
Itineraries are correct at the time of printing. Occasionally, our itineraries change as we make improvements to our product based on customer research or due to changes in the offerings from operators we use. If we are unable to provide a product, service, or activity detailed in our itinerary, a suitable alternative will be offered where possible.
行程单在印刷时，已经确认无误。但Stray中文游的行程单或者第三方运营服务，可能会根据客户反馈调查而作出调整。如果无法提供行程单所列的服务或活动，Stray会尽最大可能提供相似的其他替代选择。
BEHAVIOURS 行为
Stray is not a common carrier and therefore can refuse to carry a person whose behaviour is detrimental to the enjoyment of the group.
如果有乘客的行为严重妨碍其他游客或破坏良好的团队秩序，Stray有权拒绝其继续旅行。
By travelling with Stray, you agree to accept the authority of the guide and accept their decisions. Our staff are entitled to a safe working environment, and our passengers to a great holiday. Any threats to safety, whether physical or verbal, or inappropriate behaviour may result in the passenger being removed from the trip. If a passenger is removed from a tour due to behavioural issues, no refunds will be given, and the passenger will be responsible for their own travel costs from that point.
参与Stray巴士游行程，乘客需要接受司导的合理化安排。Stray所有员工都有在安全的环境中工作的权利，也有给全体乘客提供安全优质旅行的义务。所有对Stray员工或其他乘客造成安全威胁，进行言语或者肢体上攻击，或者做出任何不适当行为的乘客，Stray有权要求其中止旅行，并且不会提供任何退款，该乘客需要自行承担返回出发城市的一切费用。
SURCHARGES 额外费用
We reserve the right to impose a fuel surcharge should the fuel price increase following pricing/brochure release. This will be a maximum of $20 per person per tour and payable on tour dispatch.

King Kiwi (National Tours) includes a domestic flight and transfer. Bookings made less than 30 days from the departure date, or those travelling during holiday periods, may incur a flight surcharge.
奇异鸟11日南北岛全境中文游包含新西兰国内段单程机票。如果在出发前31天内或者旺季预定，机票价格有可能因市场原因明显升高。Stray保留收取机票旺季差价的权利。
FITNESS REQUIREMENT 身体要求
Stray’s tours are based on active outdoor adventures, so a reasonable amount of fitness is required. Passengers will need to be able to walk up to 2-3 hours each day. Other optional activities we promote include walking, biking, water sports, and glacier landing hike in the natural environment. If you have any concerns regarding your suitability for our tours, please discuss this with our reservations staff before booking.
Stray的巴士游产品包含较多户外活动，所以对体力有一定要求。建议乘客预定要有每天可正常步行2到3小时的身体素质。我们推荐进行的包含/自费活动，可能会在自然环境中徒步、骑行、水上运动或冰川着陆徒步等。如果您不确定自己的身体条件能否达到要求，请在预定前联系Stray中文客服。
MINIMUM NUMBERS 成团标准
Departures require a minimum number of 6 passengers to operate. In circumstances where minimum numbers are not reached, an alternative departure date will be offered or a full refund. Passengers will be notified by email at least 31 days in advance of such changes.
Stray中文游运行需要达到最低6人成团标准。在极少数情况下，如果在出发前31天，该团未达到最低人数标准，Stray会为乘客免费调整到其他出发日期或办理全额退费。
DISPUTES 意见
Should you wish to raise any issues about your trip – please in the first instance advise your guide of your concern. If your issue is not resolved, please email [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible, and within 28 days to enable us to investigate your concern. We will not consider claims made after 28 days.

PRE-DEPARTURE CONFIRMATION 行前确认
You are required to reconfirm your tour details (pick-up location, time and departure date) by either calling our Chinese customer service team on WeChat or by emailing [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to departure. At this point we will also advise of any other important information relating to your tour.
您最晚需要在出发前48小时联系Stray再次确认关键旅行信息（包括上车地点和时间等）。您可以联系Stray中文客服（微信ID：straybashi 或 LINE ID: straytravel），或者发送电子邮件至 [email protected]。同时，如果有任何出发信息临时变更，Stray团队有义务至少在出发前主动联络告知乘客。
DEPOSIT PAYMENT 定金
A $200 deposit secures your seat at this rate. The final balance must be paid 31 days before your tour departs. If you purchase a tour within 31 days of the departure, the full payment is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Please note that customers are liable for the full rate at the date of booking.
乘客可支付200元新西兰元/人定金预留锁定中文游位置，并在出发前31天及更早付清剩余费用。如果您在行程出发前31天内预定，必须全额支付。定金不可退。请注意：支付剩余费用时，以付定金时的行程单价为准。
$200 deposit is refundable only for passengers who booked Woolly Sheep and/or Blue Bird AND their visa rejected by Immigration New Zealand AND can provide the rejection letter from INZ at least 31 days prior to departure. Standard cancellation policy applies within 31 days of departure
如果预定参加北岛4日卷卷羊或者南岛7日蓝鸟中文游，乘客因签证申请被拒无法成行，并能够至少在出发前31天或更早，向Stray提供新西兰移民局正式拒签信，Stray可以退还全额定金或已支付给Stray的费用。但是，如果在出发前30天及其以内被拒签并取消行程，一律按照标准取消政策执行（见下一条目）。
Deposit is 100% non-refundable for King Kiwi passengers.
参加南北岛11日奇异鸟中文游的乘客，一旦支付定金，无论任何原因下取消或变更行程，定金均不可退。
STRAY's CANCELLATION POLICY Stray取消条款
Stray will charge the following fees in the event of booking cancellations:
