Taking you to the top of Queenstown Skyline Gondola, the Tiki Trail is an alternative and free route to getting to the top of Bob's Peak. You'll zig-zag up the mountain through the pine forest and be rewarded with a postcard-worthy view.
Start at the base of the gondola and look for the signs for the Tiki Trail. It will take you about 45mins to an hour to get to the top.
