PAYMENT OPTIONS TO SECURE YOUR ADVENTURE:

 

FULL PAYMENT:

If you know what you want then go ahead and lock it in with a full payment. Guarantee your seat on your preferred travel dates. Hop-on Hop-off travellers get access to the Stray Mate 'trip manager' where you can start planning your itinerary and confirming travel dates.  Bookings are subject to Stray's standard terms and conditions and cancellation fees

 


DEPOSIT: 

If you are short on cash and want to pay by installments this is the option for you. A 15% deposit will confirm your tour/pass at the advertised rate.

Just select this option in the checkout when you book online.

You then have up to 6 months to pay off your pass - which must be paid in full prior to departure. When full payment is received, Hop-on Hop-off travellers will get access to the Stray Mate 'trip manager' where you can start planning your itinerary and confirming travel dates.  

To pay installments or the final balance go to Stray’s Extra Payment page quoting your name and reference number with the payment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. There is no administration fee, you only pay the advertised rate on the day
  2. The 15% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable 
  3. The Deposit option is only available for direct bookings (Online, Stray Reservations or Stray's Travel Shop)  
  4. Full payment must be made within 6 months of booking or at least 14+ days before you start your Stray trip (you will not be able to book any subsequent dates on Hop-on Hop-off itineraries until full payment is received).  For Blue Bird travellers, full payment is required at least 30 days prior to departure.  
  5. Upon receipt of the full payment, your booking is subject to Stray’s normal terms and conditions and cancellation fees.
  6. When you pay by deposit you have committed to paying the price advertised at the time of booking, regardless of any price changes or alternative promotions that may become available.
  7. If you have a valid Promotional Code this must be applied at the time of booking (when placing a deposit) and cannot be applied at a later date. The promo code discount is applied to the entire booking value. A promo code can only be applied once to each booking (and not on subsequent payments). 
  8. If payment is not received within the specified time frame Stray reserves the right to release the booking.

 


HOLD MY SEAT: 

If you are not 100% sure but you don't want to miss out, you can pay just $10 upfront and secure a seat on your preferred trip, start date and rate for 72 hours while you make up your mind.

Just select this option in the checkout when you book online.

To secure the booking you can pay the balance by either clicking 'Pay Now' in the confirmation email (received at the time of booking) or by logging into Stray Mate (provided in the confirmation) and selecting 'Pay balance'.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. The $10 is included within the total amount and there are no extra administration fees
  2. The $10 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable 
  3. The 'Hold My Seat option' is only available for direct bookings (online or via Stray's Travel Shop) 
  4. The full balance must be made within 72 hours of booking or at least 48 hours before you start your travel (whichever comes first). Partial payments or instalments are not available with this payment option. 
  5. Upon receipt of the full payment, your booking is subject to Stray’s normal terms and conditions and cancellation fees.
  6. When you pay by 'Hold My Seat' you have committed to paying the price advertised at the time of booking, regardless of any price changes or alternative promotions that may become available.
  7. If you have a valid Promotional Code this must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied at a later date (or on the final payment). 
  8. If payment is not received within 72 hours Stray will release the booking.
  9. If your booking is cancelled or expires a member of our team will email you to confirm your trip has been cancelled.
